Homage to Franz Kafa’s Metamorphosis

Knot at Home
Gregory awoke, still seated in his armchair, newspaper in hand.
Something felt very different.
He knew he was knot the same.
“I am in a giant Perspex box” he thought.
He remembered a book he had once read about a man becoming a fly.
He knew it didn’t end well.
Love it!!
Thanks so much Deb. Happy to hear 🙂
Kafka is one of my favourite, and Metamorphosis is one of those books that makes you question absolutely everything about yourself. If you are into existentialism, I recommend you to read The Tunnel by Argentine writer Ernesto Sabato. Sabato is one of the most renowned names in Hispanic literature.
Thanks Veronica. I will request it today from our local library 🙂
Superbly surreal! Enjoyed this.
Your style is unique compared to other folks I’ve read
stuff from. Thank you for posting when you have the opportunity, Guess I’ll just bookmark this page.
Thanks for your kind words Mitch; much appreciated. Best wishes 🙂
Andrew, I can understand the feeling of knot being in the right place. As long as he doesn’t get too unraveled over it. Great picture and story.
